Do I need a budget before contacting you?
No. A rough range helps us recommend something proportionate, but “not established yet” is a legitimate answer and it is on the form for that reason.
Is the assessment really free?
Yes — the thirty minutes and the written recommendation that follows. It is written to be executable by your internal team or another agency if you’d rather. Paid audits are a separate, deeper piece of work and are always quoted first.
What if I don’t know which platform I need?
That’s the most useful reason to get in touch. Describe the problem rather than the solution — establishing which platform fits is exactly what the assessment is for, and we regularly recommend against the one people arrive asking for.
Do you work with clients in other timezones?
Yes. We run engagements remotely with a fixed weekly checkpoint and asynchronous updates in between, so overlap hours matter less than they might.
